• Co-operation between "Parents" and "School Authorities" is of paramount importance for the ultimate achievement of the school's objectives in the education of our pupils.
  • It is essential then that parents carry out their responsibilities as joint educators with the school authorities.
  • The attendance of all parents at school functions would be deeply appreciated by the school authorities.
  • It is the duty of parents to see that their children come punctually to school and are clean and neatly dressed.
  • Parents are requested to sign the bimonthly report or similar reports when issued.
  • If a pupil is likely to be absent for a long period of time, the principal must be informed within a week or else his/her name will be struck off the roll.
  • "Parents" and "Guardians" are specially requested to notify the school authorites of any change in their address or telephone number.

  • Parents are given to understand that they can not dictate to the management and that the management has a right to say on what conditions it will admit or retain pupils in the school.
  • Parents and guardians are earnestly requested to enforce regularity and discipline to see that their children prepare their lesson at home and satisfy themselves that they have come to school with all their books and excercise-books required for the day's work, as shown in the time-table Repeated negligence in bringing the necessary books and excercise books may justify the dismissal of the students.
  • Parents and guardians are earnestly requested to co-operate with the school authorites by going through and counter signing the remarks and notes sent by the teacher or principal in the assignment book.
  • Parents/guardian when sent for by the principal or a teacher must come and see them by previsous appointment within two days during school hours or else their child/ward will not be admitted to class.
  • Parents/guardians are requested not to enter the classroom or talk to teachers when they are engaged with their class work any observation or complaint should be made directly to the principal in writing. The teachers will not entertain anybody during the class hours without written permission from the principal.
